Instructions

To install any of our software titles, be sure to follow the instructions below. Most problems can be avoided by reading through this section carefully before installing your software or contacting Technical Support.

1. Check the general System Requirements section here in the Download Center to make sure your computer meets the basic requirements for our software titles.
2. Make sure that the appropriate version (or later) of Microsoft DirectX is installed on your system.
3. Download the software title to your PC and run the installer by pressing enter on its name or double-clicking.
4. If prompted by Windows, click the "Run" button to begin the installation process.
5. Follow the prompts through the install program to complete installation of the software to your system.
